Pros:
We ordered a minivan and confirmed but they didn't have one on site when we arrived for pick up. They offered another vehicle but it was not comparable so they then located another minivan and had it driven over to their office. At took about 45 minutes longer than planned but I was thankful that a accommodated me.Avis

The local staff was remarkable not only were they attentive they were personable.Cons:
There is a significant difference between local staff who is awesome and the forwarding service that you are sent to when they don't answer. If I'm running 30 minutes late and want to warn them. The rental service wanted to charge me $150. Luckily I made it in time, but a simple late fee would have been more reasonable.9.6 Wonderful
