The car itself was fine. The non existant pick up at the airport with no response from any number listed for them, after an hour and a half I hired a cab (they refused to reiemburse me) to get to a locked gate. The guard finally let me in to find their location at the back of the lot. The basic insurance is included (on the internet add) turned out to be false. The cost was $350 for the car and over $900 for the insurance, nowhere in the adds does it state anything about this cost I feel they rate right up there with phone scammers. Be Ware! The people we interacted with once we found their location were polite and pleasant the only thing is they are peddaling a scam.Reviewed 17 Feb 2024

Cons:The car rental company did not have the car I reserved and ended up renting me a different car at a higher cost. The agent said this happens all the time. Should have just reserved a car at a bigger company that's more trust worthy.Reviewed 28 Mar 2021

PatheticPros:The car rental company didn’t have the car I prepaid for and on top of that they were rude , unapologetic, unaccomodating . My kids were tired and hungry and we had to wait there for 2 hours and were denied helpCons:Everything ! Horrible pickup experiencePros:N/ACons:I never even got my car because the wait was so long (over an hour in line) and when I finally got to the desk I was told I needed my physical passport to rent. I had my credit card, drivers license, photo of passport, and multiple other forms of ID. It did not say anywhere on the email I received that I would need to bring my passport. Bait and Switch!!!!Pros:Nothing. They didn't have the car I rented available.Cons:They didn't have the car available and all they had to offer was a Prius that was twice as expensive. I reserved a Jeep not a small hybrid and needed the Jeep for travel in the mountains. Not a good experience. Hard to find ACE (no signage). Insurance costs in Mexico are a killer!Pros:We received the van we requested for 12 people. The guys @ the car drop-off and pick-up were very nice and helpful.Cons:We couldn't find ACE @ the airport. No signage. After 20 min of searching and local assistance we found ACE with MEX or FOX. We found a small ACE sign inside the MEX Agency. We waited an eternity to get service, 45 min of waiting. What a waste of time. The insurance was almost the same cost as the rental.
