Cons:My flight was delayed for 2 hours. The plane was old dirty and stinky. I paid last minute for my flight so it was a lot more than usual so I feel ripped off because of the poor quality

Pros:As someone who hadn’t flown with BA for a while, I certainly had positive experience with this flight. The staff was professional and the boarding/disembarking processes were smooth and quick.
Cons:Need to work on punctuality. Would have been an excellent journey if it wasn’t for the delay.

Cons:They refused to hang my wedding dress, because I was not flying business class, so I had to shove it in the overhead. The were half hour late boarding. my "hot" meal was cold. They did not load my luggage on to the plane. I checked my bags two and a half hours before the flight time to go from Santorini Greece to Glasgow Scotland. Apparently it in three hours, since the plane was a half hour late boarding, they could not manage to load my luggage before take off.

Cons:The ticketing agent insisted i pay an extra 75 euro to gate check my guitar. A guitar qualifies as a small musical instrument and is regulated ok as a cabin item. I did not have time to argue. British airways is going to get an earful when I get home. I am furious at the moment.

Cons:Flight was being delayed every half hour. Finally after 4 hours we took off. Flight was due for take off at 16:20 but finally departed at 20:30. Food coupons were good for a sandwich and a drink. Will switch airlines in future as we make frequent trips to London.
