They don't have the car class you reserved, so they try to give you the "choice" to pay more for the only car they have (& the one they would give you anyway). Really unethical. Comprehensive insurance would have doubled the daily price.4.4 Mediocre

With the insurance it costed more than the double and they blocked almost the triple from the credit card (they are supposed to return part of them), the employee forgot a number of things like explaining costs or giving the parking ticket and I had to get back to the station to get them, the instructions for drop off were inaccurate especially for finding the gas station (I had to roam by night in the streets of Barcelona).Thrifty

Reserved a mercedes class a and got a misearable opel. Dont understand why. 15 min of argue didnt help. Talking to a brick wall is better. Bas treatment at dropp off point. They tried to claim that an old little scratch was caused by me.Cons:

I was given the car with only half a tank and the person that took care of us told us he would note that it only had half a tank so that we wouldn't have to be return it like that. He said he would take down those notes however we were still charged for refueling and for the gas.SURPRICE CAR RENTAL
