Cons:Food and juice choices could be better. Falls short compared to airlines like Singapore Airlines and Emirates. Movie choices are very limited as compared to airlines like United, Singapore and Emirates.

Cons:The seats are terrible, not comfortable at all. After 11 hours my lower back and butt hurt so bad that I couldn’t wait to land. I paid extra for more leg room and it sure wasn’t much better.
