Unclear terms at booking. Was told at pick-up that we had to pay $/km. It was a shock and an unpleasant experience. Lady working there was not pleasant and just told us it's not their fault that Kayak did not disclose the lack of included mileage, and that the info is on the enterprise website.2.0 Poor
