Pick up took 30 minutes. It could have been 5 minutes, if one member of staff had been in the car park and the other membver of staff had dealt with the minimal paperwork and left the customer to walk with the car keys from the office to the car park6.4 Okay

Staff were very friendly.Cons:
Did not have the car I reserved so I was forced to get a bigger car and they made me pay for the difference. Did not explain anything about the drop off procedure even though they knew I would return car after closing hour.10.0 Wonderful
