Pros:The crew was very nice.

The water was handed out as we were entering the plane, instead of when we are set down and our hands are free of luggage. There was absolutely no food offered from Sofia to London, except a low quality chocolate, which was not delicious. The flight between London and Miami was ok, as far as service and food, but it was absolutely freezing, throughout the whole aircraft, especially in the back seats, I had to cover my head with a scarf, besides using the blanket and still I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. The passengers seating around me shared the same opinion. We did ask for something to be done about it. The gentleman did try to adjust it, but the effect last very short time, and towards the end of the flight it was extremely cold and blowing strong again ….
Pros:The first leg, Madrid to Vienna, was great. Check-in and flight crew were friendly. Check-in line was very long though. Took almost an hour due to some passengers adjusting the weight in their bags.
Cons:The second leg, Vienna to Sophia, was not smooth at all. I did not get a boarding pass for it when I checked in at The beginning in Madrid. At Vienna airport, no one knew where I could get the boarding pass. They sent back and forth between terminals and between airlines check in counters. Finally Austrian airlines issued the boarding pass. My bag did not arrive in Sophia. Two other passengers, who had also transferred, did not receive their luggage either.
Pros:Crew was excellent. Aircraft comfortable. Good value fare
Cons:Plane was boarding but in the pre-security area the monitors said check in while inside the buses were loading to take passengers to the plane. It was a case of hurry up and wait. The bus was hot and the wait long. In the plane waiting for take off was unhealthily hot with no fresh air for at least 25 minutes. Also the check in process was bad. All the counters had monitors disposing RyanAir but it turns out you could check in for Bulgaria Air at most counters.
Cons:Flight has delay of 50min - technical problem. I missed other my flights Bulgaria air booked a new reservation and I had to wait 6h on Berlin airport.
