Cons:The flight was cancelled because of engine trouble. As a result we miss our connecting flight to our final destination.

Cons:where do i start ? 1. i was booked on an 11 am flight with a very tight connection in SJ. Even though there was room on a 9 am flight, and i was checked in and ready, would not board me. 2. 11 am flight was delayed. 3 of us were concerned about our connection in SJ, we were assured they had made your staff in SJ aware to assist us. The ground staff lady in SJ just shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. we had to run from terminal C to A which is a long haul, especially with carry on baggage. It was quite obvious your staff didn't really care about us, just wanted us out of St. Thomas. same for the pilot Danielle - she said, "lets just get you to SJ first"........... Cape Air - never again

Cons:My flight from Rutland to Boston was unexpectedly cancelled with very little notice. I could not reschedule my trip because I needed to catch a separate flight from Boston. My alternative was to drive there and stay the night in a hotel, which was expensive and frustrating. I will be calling for a refund.

Cons:Landing crew in Boston was rude, bossy, and repetitively sciolding, just because I touched the door of the plane. No instructions nor to or warnings were posted, but he kept harassing me and the other passengers.about "our safety".

Pros:The pilots were really friendly, the plane was comfortable, and the trip was short. Nice take off and landing. Very smooth.
Cons:The lady behind me kept showing my seat around and pulling on my hair. Apparently she didn't have enough room or something because it lasted the whole 45 minutes. We hit some turbulence which was pretty rough but not terrible. would have been nice to have arm rests. Also boarding and take off was late and which made me late to my appointments.
