The car was clean and in great running condition.Cons:
When I booked this vehicle, I had set the pickup location to RSW Airport. The car was a 28 minute uber away from the airport, which cost me additional money. When I asked if I could return it to the airport, they said no. This required us to leave the hotel an hour earlier to get the car dropped off and get a ride to the airport before we left. The staff at Enterprise wasn't rude, but they weren't friendly either. I don't generally write bad reviews, but it was very irritating that I booked a vehicle to be picked up at the airport and was not informed that the location that they reserved was not at the airport. I put that fault on KAYAK and not Enterprise.10.0 Wonderful

I wish when I had booked I was made aware of the "other" airport in Fort Meyers that is on a military base. This was where our car was booked instead of the International Airport. Because of this, and the re-booking a day before travel our rental cost us $1,000 instead of the original $357. The website should clearly show the airport options to choose from.6.0 Okay

I flew into RSW Southwest Florida International Airport at a late arrival time 10:00 PM. The website switched the airport to a smaller airport in Fort Myers which at arrival time I chose is actually closed. Why would the website allow you to make a reservation when the office is closed? Hertz luckily took care of it but could been a problem. C6.4 Okay

We had to get a taxi to go and get the car and when we got there they we closed. We had to pay the taxi another $20 to drive us to get the car in the morning. that next ride cost us $15. So we had to get another guber ride to bring us to the airport to get on our flight. We have always had free shuttle rides when the car wasn't at the airport. They said we had to find our own rides because we booked through your company. They weren't very accomidating for rides to and from airport. The fees we paid where a total of $25 +$20 to get to the Hertz & then to our hotel. Next day $15 + $22.50 to get a ride to airport!! That is $82.50 total for getting the car.Budget
