I had a confirmed email saying the rental was booked, when I flew in after 24 hours of travel Thrifty tells me they didn’t have a car for me. I will never use Kayak for a car rental again. Ever. It’s a busy time of the year, no one else had cars available. Imagine flying in to a town and being left stranded at the airport. This will happen to you if you use Kayak and Thifty.2.0 Poor
