Waited 45 minutes for the car. Car was dirty. Second time I rent from there in last couple months (only option since I am taking car Oshawa to North Bay and North Bay has limited rental places).... and both times, I book pick up from one location, and no one informs me that pick up location has changed. This time at least I called ahead to check. They have said each time, it's cause my number is wrong and they can't call me to inform me of different pick up location. Well I know my number and almost certain I don't even put one in at time of booking with you guys... If I do input a number then obviously it's not getting to Enterprise correctly. Also, couldn't they just email me??? Pain in the butt. Why is that pick up location an option if it isn't even open??? Update your website.2.0 Poor

I was under the impression I didn't need a credit card no where in the policy did it say you need a credit card for a $200 deposit. I'm sorry we don't have credit cards and we will never have them. Please word of advice stick to your original price and get rid of credit cards some people do not like to have credit cards. Find a different way. I will never come back again because the completely screwed me and my husband over.10.0 Wonderful

Hi i was going to rent a car from the budget in Oshawa but the two men at the front desk were so rude a absolutely useless I decided to not even get a car from there by far one of the worst service i have ever had.5.2 Fair

The car was very nice looking, lots of space, but not much pickup.Cons:
I filled the car up the night before I was to take it back. When I went there the next day for drop off they said it wasn't full enough, that I had to take it back out to fill it...it costed a whole $4.75 cents....I was atad PO'd !Discount Car & Truck Rentals
