After making the reservation online submitting the whole payment ,insurance and everything they stated that the vehicle can not be driven to my destination ....Kentucky from Florida.Later on, they claim to take a hefty amount of money from the whole payment because I had to cancel the whole deal.So,in view of this I started to email them back and forth and they took anyways 75$ WITHOUT DOING ANY SERVICE from the money I previously submitted.I just going to make sure that nobody around me rent a vehicle form this thugs. I just wandering how these crooks still operating under US Laws and nothing happened .6.0 Okay

The insurance was a completely different tariff than on the website, we payed for the 9$ insurance that the website offered. And at pickup we had to pay another 97$ because the insurance we payed for first was nowhere to be found.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Well actually GETTING a car would have been nice. Received a call saying all the cars were out and there were some coming in on Sunday when they were turned in so I would receive a call Sunday or Monday. NEVER HAPPENED. So, I ubered everywhere. Really shoddy customer service.2.0 Poor

This company is really bed! They offers card the actually don't have! I maked a reservation for commercial Ford mostang, I called to confirm that it really exists in the branch, than when I came they sat they don't have! And it happened twice, day after day. Don't rent from enterpriseAvis
