The day before we left they called to inform us that they didn't have a car for us anymore, and we were number 1 on the waiting list.Cons:
They never called us to let us know they had the car promised us previously. We ended-up paying twice as much through a different rental company.10.0 Wonderful

Took too long to get rental. I think it was around 20 minutes. Car still had cleaning wipes from previous rental or the cleaning crew left them in the car.8.0 Very Good

Overall, nice car & drop off was super easy. We paid for a full standard car and they provided a small SUV, which was appreciated. Price was way more of a value than picking up a rental from the airport.Cons:
A little confusing finding the Hertz desk - we didn’t realize it was located on the 3rd floor of the Marriott. Would recommend them adding Marriott hotels to the address line.2.0 Poor

When arriving at Hertz at the Tampa airport, and waiting inline only to find my reservation was for another Hertz across town. Hertz moved my reservation to the airport location but I had to pay 3 times the amount. Pay attention to the rental address when you book!2.0 Poor

Got upgraded to a small SUV for free.Cons:
Spent over 40 minutes in line at the counter to get a car (only 2 agents present), and the car I was assigned at the counter didn't match the car in the spot.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
My drop off location was at an unmarked office downtown Tampa by the convention center. I drove around in crazy traffic for half an hour looking for the drop off location. I eventually learned I had to go to the valet parking area of the Embassy Suites building. The city doesn't allow any signs or markings. THERE REALLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN A NOTE SOMEWHERE IN THE PAPERWORK.Avis

Cons:
The pick up time was nearly an hour. I had to wait for the attendant to return to the store and unlock the door. The process took forever. Then she had to go somewhere and het the car and wash it and bring it around which took another 30 minutes.10.0 Wonderful

Picked up a Jeep Cherokee in Tampa and the service at the pick up counter was friendly, professional and polite. Returned the Jeep at the airport and it was fast and easy. Makes you wonder why all car rentals company are not like this.10.0 Wonderful
