Cons:
They charged me for a missing tool in the spare tire what of course wasn’t ever there. I checked damage to the car before renting not tools and etc. I just trusted the person who gave the car. The trunk was never opened4.4 Mediocre

Roof Rack is breaking in piece while driving. Rear side panel pops out because not properly installed. Plastic trim in vehicle breaking. Lots of noises in vehicle. National needs to perform complete inspection before car is rented and validate that is safe to rent.Budget
