Pros:The location was perfect! We were 100' from Nantucket Sound, there's nothing like hearing the waves all night! The staff was pleasant and helpful. The pool was brisk in September, not sure if it's 'heated', but it was nice nonetheless with very little chlorine smell. There were mostly mature couples when we were there, school having already started. The bath was in need of a bit of TLC but not bad by any stretch. My husband was chatting with the owner and we were both impressed with his vision for the place. All in all it was a great stay which I have already recommended to friends. .
Cons:They are NOT green! Nowhere to recycle. The front desk said housekeeping would take care of any recyclables I left behind, so hopefully they really did and didn't just pitch them!

Pros:Breakfast was wonderful and the colors chosen for the rooms were calming
Cons:Most everything else. It was very very noisy. There was no fridge no table, a broken wicker chair. No antibacterial hand soap. The floors were beyond filthy. I went searching for a swiffer it was that bad. The outlet behind the bed is a major fire hazard as it has been damaged and had no cover and anytime someone slammed their door the light plugged their would flicker. When anyone entered the building our door would bust open unless locked and when locked would rattle loudly. The pool was ice cold. And the beach was disgusting. Literally there was not a soul on it yet the public beach was packed
