they gave me a toyota corolla cross instead of a rav4. At first I was disappointed, but it turned out to be great. Perfect for my trip. Line to get the car was long and it took 30-40 minutes because there were only two agents. car was a little dirty on the exterior. Kind of looked like water spots, but was a bit sticky. easy return, but could be more clear that you return it to the Hertz area.Reviewed 22 Oct 2023

Clean- Newer CarPros:Everything was great on our trip, the car was clean. The pickup counter talked me into a prepaid fuel. I shouldn't have done this. I only used half a tank. When we went to return the car the attendant took us straight to the airport. Very nice service.Reviewed 27 Aug 2018
