Pros:

It was super easy to pick up the car, very painless a s I was able to drop off the car after normal business hours!

Cons:

There was an additional fee I didn't think I would have but it wasn't too much

I drooped the car on Sunday, a week after that the deposit have not been returned yet.

For first arrangement. Our flights delayed and we were late to pick up the car. They gave our car to somebody else. We stuck in Bonn with luggages after reaching there taking taxi for half and hour. They didn’t made real effort to reach us before cancellation. And didn’t try to help to arrange or find another car for us. .. Later we hardly found car in another enterprise by ourself. It was very stressful.!!!!
