Pros:Included a breakfast, a plus. Upon arrival, no soap shampoos in room. That can happen.
Cons:Altercation in parking lot with ladies of the night and their clients....police involved and removal.

Pros:Location--Easy to get to and within easy driving to all attractions. Rooms were older but clean and quiet. Refrigerator, microwave, Free WiFi worked well. Clean nice pool. parking close to or at room entrance. Two restaurants on site. Quiet rooms. Responsive housekeeping. Helpful reception staff. Free breakfast with a variety of choices. A/C worked well and was very quiet.
Cons:Coffee maker missing in room (coffee available in lobby). TV picture quality was less than good. Did not see elevator access to second floor (I was on the first). Direct outside access room doors (but did not transmit outside noise).

Pros:Not two much.we didn't like the way some one called cops and we weren't home wen someone got pulled over in front and because that person was getting pulled.he said we had drugs..there were no drugs found and we still had to get out in 5 min.because of that i left personal stuff behind

Cons:The maid was rude when 11 am check out came, my child (age 5)needed to go back in the room to use the bathroom quickly and she snapped at us that"check out is before 11..its 11:05!" I said sorry, she said hurry up

Pros:The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
Cons:With my work I need an active internet connection and the internet was spotty at best, dropping and re-connecting constantly. Also my tv had a black spot on the upper right corner.

Pros:The price. I would have cheerfully paid more for a decent room!
Cons:The room was dark and very tired. There were stains on the carpet and the walls had been repaired terribly. The sink area was stained and crowded. The curtains did not shut fully. The linen in one bed was stained and torn so I slept in the other.

Cons:check in was ok then open the door to the room,it smelt like bad chemicles, the fridge was off and hot ,on the counter was one of those extension cords with a long bar and about 5 things pluged in ,hint fire hazard. the outlet on the wall was broke and hanging,i slept with the lights on in the chair cause I thought the cockroaches would come out ,I even put my shoes on the bed so they didn't get in them.so, when I left I was not nice at all and I will NEVER recommend that place to anyone.now I go there cause I had akidney transplant, for tests and I always stay at crestwood suites for over 9 years and they are so nice ,they treat me like family they even have a copy of my living will in their safe in case..and I would highly recommend them to any one..the reason I didn't stay there was because they didn't have a room. but please give them,cretwood suites an A plus and holiday inn below o thankyou ALLEN D. WOODS I WOULD STILL USE KAYAK BUT NOT HOLIDAY INN.
