Pros:Location
Cons:Nicer staff , the tv was old , the control on one tv didn’t work, no coffee, ugly blankets for a cold place . The transportation within the resort was bad had to walk everywhere . The restaurants be available.the pools where outdoors, not really a resort for winter , not coming back we hated it specially for the price , other places do so much better. Train your employees to be nice and helpful.

Cons:Mattress very uncomfortable very small pillows bartender at pool SUCKED no snacks or food at upper pool toilet ran if didnt play with handle forgot a item in room called to go back and get item was not found by housekeeping and it was a large body pillow alot of noise above us in other room after midnight like children running jumping alot of construction on property check out 10 am too early in my opinion for price we paid will not EVER GO BACK !!!!!!

Cons:The rooms, the prices. For a resort, you would assume that at least WIFI was inclusive in the room charge. Nope, it was not. They also try to get you to think that you won something at checking. It was thein 4 hr "come see why it's so good to be an owner" routine. That was the only time any kind of complimentary breakfast was mentioned!

Cons:No TV ...had to wait 20 mins for shuttle to come when they had 50 golf carts with 6 seats in them pass you by no parking there should be at least 1 parking space per room or villa for 500 for 2 nights water park should be included not an extra 82 dollars next time we will stay at Wilderness of the Smokies

Pros:Staff was courteous and friendly, the room had every thing you could possibly need I couldn't believe it was a studio room.
Cons:That I couldn't stay longer.

Pros:Rooms were nice and clean.
Cons:Main attraction at the waterpark was closed. The playground was also closed. We have two young children and we wanted to stay here because of the amenities but because they were closed we had to search out other things to do.
