Cons:Flight was rescheduled but customer was informed by voice message a night before ... Bishop was in area where he did not have signal so that he can get a message on time.

Pros:Nothing...
Cons:Changed fight due to smaller plane. Contacted airlines informed on later flight and there was nothing in needed to do. Showed up 2 hrs before that departure and informed not enough seats. Then told if I would have been there for first flight would have been shuttled to other airport. A subject heard my situation and drove me to different airport on his dime, so I could catch a flight next morning. Had to get hotel room that night and did to missing flight no ride to from my airport to destination, since family had medical procedure. Had get to renatal, which I was informed I would not get reimbursed. Total joke. Never again!!!!!!

Pros:The lady who was in the cab and handed out drinks to everyone and made sure that before we left I was ok with the seat I was sitting in was fine with me.
Cons:That there was no wifi on the plane to listen to music or anything during my flight.

Pros:The ease of the small, no-hassle airport of Youngstown to Chicago O'Hare was wonderful. Everyone at the Youngstown airport performed their jobs very professionally (from the check-in, through TSA security to boarding and the flight). I'll definitely fly this route again!

Pros:Free parking and super quick check-in at Kearney Airport. Sure it's a smaller airplane with limited services, but seriously - it's only an hour long flight. Sit back and enjoy the fact that you're not driving for five hours! So thankful that this option is available in central Nebraska.
