Cons:We passed a Hertz lot off the freeway, spent a good 15mins trying to get to it only to find out that it wasn't the proper drop-off location. The paper work didn't have an exact address for drop off.Reviewed 12 Oct 2017

1.5 hour wait to pick up the car :(Pros:The sales associate that finally helped us was lovely and even upgraded us to a good model at a reasonable priceCons:The line to pick up was a joke...
