The vehicle had shakes when the brakes were applied. I was to far away from where I rented the car to return it so I had to put up with it the whole trip. It was only a problem applying the brakes going down hill or applying the brakes for a quick stop. The car was not perfect but it served a purpose and safe trip.Reviewed 4 Dec 2021

Pros:Drop off was very easy. Just had to drive straight into a line and leave the car. Done.Cons:At pickup, the parking spot for this truck was very small and the truck was boxed in. It was very difficult to get the truck out of the spot.Reviewed 26 Feb 2019

Pros:The service at the airport was excellent, both at pickup and dropoff. Car's performance was more than I expected for that type of vehicle. For where we went, it handled very well.Cons:Just a general comment about new cars in particular, nothing about Hertz. The cars have too many bells and whistles, which are a distraction. Bad ServicePros:The location of the rental car.Cons:I picked up the car in Fresno Airport and the tire was damaged. I went back to exchange and I have to waited for more than half hour just to get a new car. I told the counter lady that I have a plane to catch but she still have me waited so I have to rush to LAX.Reviewed 10 Nov 2017
