Online payment was not available, check in line at Hertz counter was 2 hour long. I was told suv was not available. I was told Monday is bad to rent. There was no one to assist at car pickup. Car didn’t have full tank fuel, but recorded as with full tank. Hertz cancelled My reservation through Kayak and made another booking at $20 more and advised to accept Hertz recommended reservation.Reviewed 25 May 2024

I had a very bad experience. First of all I show up on time. No car available? The attendant there showed little interest in the situation.. Told me all they had were SUV’s and they were accounted for. No interest in helping me get another car. I was stuck there all day because my ride was at work. This was the worst rental car experience of my life. I would like a refund. I had an 11 AM pick up scheduled. It was 2 PM and my car was still not ready with no timeframe of how much longer I would have to wait finally I had to call an Uber to go back to the airport to go get a car with thrifty, the workers were as nice as can be expected but they said they had no cars. I offered to take any car that they had even though I had rented an SUV. I said it did not have to have gas Norby washed, but they said they still cannot accommodate I have probably rented 50 to 100 cars in my life including quite a few post Covid. and this was by far the experienceReviewed 24 May 2024
