Pros:staff was super friendly and professional at both ends. however, the drop off location was extremely confusing in Salzburg as it was having to go the wrong way on a one way street to return vehicle. the car was superb, luxurious beyond belief and practically drove itself with all the add ons.Cons:only the return location could be easier to access. otherwise it was the most outstanding experience i have ever had in renting a vehicleReviewed 14 May 2019

Good valuePros:Easy checkout. Good clean car.Cons:During the return, the agent questioned a couple of spots on the back fender. We had NO issues using the car. Not sure why these spots were not properly documented before.Reviewed 6 July 2017
