Pros:It was perfect. Nothing lacking, nothing wrong. Except the meal that was served in a box contained no information in any language about the contents. I am a vegan but don't think I registered for a vegan meal so was not expecting one. However I looked at the sandwich and it appeared it might be free of meat or eggs or cheese but could not tell and it was not easy to get an answere.

Cons:I don’t think it is a problem of Laos airlines but Vientiane airport’s. The connection was awful. The airport officer took all transfer passenger’s airport to issue new boarding pass to Seoul. I will not do transfer in Vientiane any more.

Pros:Laos airline is always on time or ahead of time. When all passengers were on board, the flight could take off ahead of time. That was a plus. For flight overv1 hour, a light sandwich and a small sweet were served along with refreshment. Flight attendants were very courteous and helpful. They helped me with my carry on when I had difficulty going up the tiny stairs. Thank you.
