Stayed for 4 days. Desk staff was professional and courteous; room was a bit dated, but clean. Housecleaning service was excellent each day. Location at the intersection of I-10 and Causeway Blvd allows easy access to all parts of the greater New Orleans area.

Cons:Only a good value if you get a very competitive room rate, otherwise it's a pretty lackluster experience. Old rooms with a shameful breakfast voucher programme

Pros:It was an inexpensive place to stay and came with all the standard suite amenities, such as safe, coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator. Did not use the pool and can't comment on that.
Cons:Everything was very dated and in need of replacement or deep-cleaning. The room was supposedly non-smoking, but smelled of cigarettes. The carpet was grimy and the sofa had probably been there since the 80's. The first night there had no hot water in the bathroom. The hotel was also under renovation when we stayed and there were half-painted walls everywhere. Hopefully the renovation will help in the long run.

Pros:I feel that if a hotel is not completely ready to provide a great experience to a customer, they should not! Have the hotel open for business. Front staff and entrance were exceptional. I got fooled! The nightmare began as soon as you walked into the room. Heavy ordor, like either the carpet was not washed. The furniture was so wasted, TV from 90s, omg! The pillows, not the typical size we buy at dept. Store. THESE were cut half way, no shams, I am not exaggerating, I swear, you could see the little cotton inside. We literally slept sitting down. The bathroom so dated, crusty metal everywhere. The drywall cover by wallpaper, you could touch where there was no drywall. I completely understand that maybe its under renovation after Catrina (5yrs ago) but its putting the business to failure. Ramada is a big chain and cannot invest on this hotel!!! Emberresing. They should give a script apologizing for the conditions n give a discount. $121 ain't worth it!

Pros:Not much other than the location.
Cons:The staff was horrible, extremely dude and unhelpful. It wasn't just one of the staff, where there for 4 days and most of the front end staff was rude when asking for help or to deal with issues. We were not able to check in until 4pm. Hot water in the room didn't work constantly had to call and have them fix the boiler. No counter space in the bathroom, dingy and run down, facets messed up and needed replacement. Extremely slow elevator. No continental breakfast, they claim you get a free breakfast at the attached IHOP but all it is a muffin and a coffee.
