Cons:Booked the hotel with only a few bars of battery at the airport only to find out they don't have shuttle service to the hotel. Tried to call the customer service number at KAYAK and waited and waited and waited uuntil my battery died and was forced to book another hotel in person at La Quinta after a nice gentleman driving shuttles gave me a ride there. Extremely disappointed in KAYAKS customer service. I deserve to get my money back for that reservation. Let's see if KAYAK has anyone who actually reviews these reviews. I have nothing good to say about your company right now. I'm giving you an opportunity to change my mind.
Pros:Close to trains
Cons:Front desk employees not professional; casual family owned. Did not give me wake up call as requested which caused me to miss my Lyft and pay a $10 fee. I almost missed my flight, didn't have time for breakfast, and had a very stressful day because of the irresponsible attitude that permeates this selfish culture. As a business professor and consultant with a doctorate in the field, I would tell everyone to pay more and avoid this place. The rooms are outdated, and you'll hear running water when people above you take a shower. Only a taco restaurant close by, nothing else. Only good point is that it's in Murray and fairly close to trains. Arrogant ownership.

Cons:Customer service, cold hot tub, loud children, lobby phone ringing nonstop below our room, no TV or cable.
Pros:The price was very reasonable , overall the stay was comfortable.
Cons:The Worst Possible Thing Ever! , my husband & I rented 3 rooms all 3 rooms ran out of toilet paper before we left on Sunday morn. The house keeping was very poor.

Cons:I don't know if they were full and put me in the most disgusting room in hotel or if they're all like that. By far the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I didn't want to walk on the carpet barefoot and wore sandals in the shower. I have stayed in hostels and motels and my room here was grosser than those. Wish I would have asked for a refund and left!!!!
Pros:Great place to stay. In the middle of a business district so it felt safe, clean, comfortable and family run. Excellent bargain.

Cons:First, they overbooked and then it took them 30 minutes to get me the room I had reserved a week earlier Second, they were doing construction and allowed their contractors to shut off the water for about 30 minutes IN THE MORNING with no warning. So I'm in the shower full of soap and shampoo and the water just disappears. Third, the continental breakfast only had water, the juice machine was broke, but they made no attempt to even just put containers on the counter for the entire 3 morning I was there and the breakfast room for the entire hotel only had about 8 tables for literally 100 people and then an employee had the nerve to tell one lady she couldn't take food from the dining area.
Pros:The room was clean and the front desk staff was courteous and helpful
Cons:The hotel was undergoing renovations and I wasn't informed of this before my stay. The noise was a bit much at times and made it difficult to meet with business associates at the hotel.
