Pros:
Hertz refused to deliver the car to me although i provided them all supported documents and the reason was Racism as they said they can't deliver the car to me as I am Syrian Nationality and as per Goverment it is not allowed to provide people with Syrian Nationality a Car for rent. after that I went to competitive company International also (Budget Rent A car) and they accept to give me a car and I received my car.Cons:
because of Hertz not accepted to deliver a car for me I looked for another company which is Budget but I paid Extra Money as I rent in same day & not in advance so I paid Extra Money so I am looking to receive compensation for Extra Money I paid . then why Hertz agent deal with me in Racism way. also there is responsibility on Kayak Team as they didn't inform Me that no rent for Syrian during the time of renting.Renticar
