Pros:The flight from Arusha Tnzania to Nairobi was fine. Check in was no problem, the flight was on time and arrived early. No issues whatsoever.

Pros:Given that the aircraft had a problem, we had to wait and wait to go until they could get a part from another location. Ultimately, they brought in new equipment and we left soon after that. They did provide vouchers for a snack and lunch. That was good. Once on the plane, everything was very smooth.
Cons:With the delay, it took them a while to begin to explain what the problem was and how long the delay would be.

Cons:We arrived at the counter only to be told that we needed a ticket number even though we had the confirmation number. We showed them the email itinerary that was sent to us by precision air. Not enough. They told us to go to the sales counter which was outside. They were of no help. We had go through security to come in again. This was all handled by Kenyan airlines. There was no representative of precision air present. Finally they made a phone call and got the conf number. Why didn't they do it to begin with. The lady was very uncooperative.

Cons:Our flight was canceled and we were put on a later flight which was a cheaper flight... they gave us zero compensation. So we paid a higher fare for a later flight. Absolutely ridiculous. We will be contacting constomer care to get a refund of the difference for our flights.

Cons:On the handwritten paper boarding pass I was given the same seat as another passanger. When I went to rectify the problem she gave me another seat but again didn't check and that was also occupied. Clearly there was no computerized system helping them to book in the flight: a bit ridiculous in this day and age. After all of that, our flight was cancelled and we had horrible aftercare experience. We were told we would get a refund but still nothing has come of that.

In order to help increase the number of flight paths that they offer, this airline has entered into codeshare agreements with several other companies, including Etihad Airways, Kenya Airways, LAM Mozambique Airlines, and RwandAir. Additionally, it has a variety of interline agreements with airlines such as Oman Air, KLM, Swiss International Air Lines, and Virgin Atlantic Airlines.

As one of the company’s main priorities is to offer tickets at affordable prices, you will find that all of the seats that are offered are in Economy. When you have purchased an Economy ticket, you will be provided with a piece of checked luggage, the ability to bring a carry on, the option of picking your own seat, and complimentary refreshments during the flight.

Precision Air has a fleet that contains 9 planes, all of which are the brand ATR. When servicing longer flights, such as between two different countries, the ATR 72-500 is the aircraft that is most commonly employed, due to the fact that it has a passenger capacity of 70 people and was created for the purpose of traveling longer distances. During short domestic flights, the airline utilizes either the ATR 42-500 or the ATR 42-600, both of which can hold 48 individuals and have smaller fuel tanks that are meant for short-range voyages.
