Pros:The boarding was on time and organized. We left pretty much on time and with ear plugs I was able to sleep a decent amount. MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN: - Entertainment (there are no screens, iPod rentals cost $$$) - Headphones ($28 on board) - Empty bottles of water to fill up at airport (water costs $$ on board) - Get coffee at airport ($3 for disgusting instant coffee on board) - Blanket / layers (flight was kept VERY cold and no blankets provided) - USB charger and wall plug (there ARE outlets at seats) - FOOD!!!! Snacks, sandwiches, trail mix, napkins, fruits and veggies etc. Anything not liquid is fine thru security. And if you bring it in a little shopping bag it will just look like duty free stuff and you won't get hassled about it as a carry-on - CASH - their card reader sucks and randomly won't read certain cards that aren't enabled for "offline purchases" so make sure to bring $40 cash in case you forgot something. - Hand sanitizer - the bathrooms were almost always out of soap on board You may also want to ship item ahead depending on international shipping costs and how much ex stuff you have because bag fees are very high from what I heard ($80+). Leg room is decent (better than Norwegian air I think). Seats and aisles are narrower than some other airlines.
Cons:I prepared thoroughly with almost all of the above so it was alright. Keep in mind that WOW flights are cheaper than everyone else's because they cut every possible corner. The flight was very, very cold. Wear layers and bring your own blanket. $80+ bag fees so i highly recommend shipping stuff ahead and bringing only a small carry on. The seats are quite narrow, fine for me as a very slim woman but they just fit me and even an average size guy would be fairly snug.
