Extra seat belt across the chest 10 minutes before taking off and 15 minutes before landing seemed excessively safe.

The transfer from Domestic and International was a bit confusing but I am easily confused. I did not eat any food, but the food on the other leg was decent. It was nice they turned the lights off on the night flight. The plane was in good shape, but was a little cramped in economy and I am small. They gave me a customs form to fill out and nobody looked at it as I went through customs. Not a bad flight.

My case was missing a wheel on arrival Heathrow and the staff were unhelpful when i tried to get some compensation stating it was not sufficient damage, i only wish that they at some point have to deal with the same situation it put me in, maybe they would change their attitude but overall it was a good flight

We are satisfied with the cabin crew serviceand the quality of meals served.

The aircraft was really old, the staff demotivated and the overall United airline service is horrible

Increase the number of available films, including variety. All other aspects were great.

Check in was a disaster. 90 minutes and only 2 economy check in desks open. Had to rush to catch the flight.

I couldnt go on this flight and lost all my money over 1,000 UK Pounds as my visa to Myanmar was not accepted :(

food poor i said chiken i got pack a pow breakfast lousey .job to explain wot it was ...

After going back and forth with the airline, they never reimbursed the airline tickets. Went around asking multiple people how to get reimbursed and kept getting put back, not satisfied with their customer service.

Very comfortable Prem economy seats for a long haul flight. Had a problem with the tv that the crew fixed so was great!

Not good. Flight was purchased for my father who needed medical assistance to board and transfer due to a heart condition. No one at Hong Kong from Cathay was there to assist and he barely made the connection. When I talked to him he could barely breath and was not sure he was going to make it. Really poor service even though the ticket stated he needed a wheelchair assistance.

The boarding experience was as expected and went well. The plane's economy seating plan is not designed for a positive customer experience but rather for company profit. When the passenger in front of me reclined, the distance from the screen to my face was the span of my hand (thumb tip to pinky fingertip). There is no such thing as personal space in this setting. This results in the domino effect, for when I recline the person in back of me reclines and so it goes. This is not to say that reclining is the answer as the experience is not increased, but simply managed.

Crew experience was more transnational, seats were so close together (LtoR and FtoB) that it was difficult to enjoy much of anything. When the person in front leaned back, there is no space for me. Sadly it was a flight to be endured not experienced.

While I was in great pain, the seat was sufficiently comfortable to allow me to rest and not be in so much pain.

we were upgraded which was a blessing and tender mercy for us. I fell the day before and was in extreme pain from knee to shoulder. Sitting in a more comfortable seat during the flight was an unexpected blessing and experience.

Very poor check-in experience, and flight meal service was very disappointing with no drinks service or hot meal.

Flight crew was especially thoughtful and attentive, made sure our seats were comfortable so we could rest on the long flight

One of the worst flight in business class by qatar airways and I’m no stranger with qatar airways businesses class, I travelled with the extensively in the past 12 years

The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.

Nice service. I wish it could provide hot water on the flight.

internet didn't work. No offer of drinks or snacks.

Flight was seamless. Free wifi helped pass the time. Food was okay, just make sure you pre order or pick something up from the airport

Internet connection very poor, means you can not even order items through their own shop.

Paid for business class lay flat seat. Significantly less comfortable than other carriers. No built in entertainment or WiFi. I barely saw flight attendants at all and they wanted to charge me for a bottle of water if i wanted more than what came with the meal (that i also paid extra for). Essentially you’re just paying for a slightly more comfortable seat than the rest of the plane and nothing else

Wifi could have been better. Arrived 55 mins earlier than scheduled :)

Best part are two crying babies throughout the whole 11 hour trip

Clean and comfortable cabin. Friendly on board service. No vegetarian food options and movie options were very limited. Internet was very slow

I didn’t eat the food but there wasn’t an option. Seat was a little too small for me but everything else was great

No frills means no frills... I just got on the plane and flew. That's all. Nothing more and nothing less. Or I did buy some water, they took cash only! LOL

First the flight delayed 1 hour ND then when we suppose to landing the pilot decided not to land at the chiang Mai Airport but the chiang rai airport

Pros: "This is a budget airline and they get you to where you going at good price"
Cons: "They pack you in all together even though there are open seats available and leave you there as if you've done something wrong"
Cons: "fraud on the baggge fee. Had already tried to pay on web sire, but tmdid not work. Then they charge more than twice the price at airport."
Pros: "I am grateful for small mercies. ... it was on time!"
Cons: "Not being fleeced / ripped off cheated out of money as I check in. The website purposely does not allow payment of bags just so they can get more at airport. ... Staff admitted it was regular complaints and they did not care... Not my sort of pleasurable flight.."
Pros: "The ground staff service was really poor, the air-cond on-board was warm instead of cold, when arrived Singapore, the body sweaty."
Cons: "The pre-book luggage service and check-in ground staff service in Bangkok airport. It's really disappointed."
Cons: "They had mosquitos entire flight, they could have sprayed bug spray or do something about it"
Pros: "Just expect , what is expected from a low cost carrier."
Pros: "I had very low expectations after reading some reviews for this airline. But I was pleasantly surprised. Staff in Bangkok was nice, paid for bags, everything went smoothly, and the plane was not dumpy at all."
Cons: "nothing, it was a short simple flight."
Cons: "The plane was COLD and no blankets to be found."

First time of flying with Air Asia and great choice

Don't even offer water on a 5 and half hours flight. Its laughable one have to rent a blanket.

No free water. Water cost money in a currency that I didn’t have.

Pay for food on an almost 6 hour flight. Very tight space, I had to show my boarding pass for the food I paid and the blanket set. I had an online boarding pass, that didn’t work, I had to take out the printed boarding pass out of the overhead locker whilst my neighbour was eating, as I was sitting in a Center seat. The staff was very friendly and got my bag out but it didn’t make sense. As the online boarding pass was enough for the blanket set. But not for the food. Just to make a check on the piece of paper. I had a warm free meal on an one hour flight from BKK to Samui with Bangkok airways. So airasia just tries to save money where they can.

Pros: "The flight got me to where I was going."
Cons: "If you are.looking for some entertainment for a long flight, there will not be any."
