Pros:Location was central to Bonita Bay, but north of my destination of Naples by about 9.5 miles. Rooms were large, but with minimal furnishings. Front desk staff were pleasant.
Cons:Beds were quite hard. I guess they haven't hear of pillow top mattresses. Heat never got the room warm enough and absence of blankets made it seem even colder.

Pros:The beds were great, the staff was wonderful and everything was aesthetically pleasing. It was in a perfect location for what we were needing. I slept well, and I would stay again. I would just bring my own pillow.
Cons:The pillows were flat and the AC was insufficient size to properly cool the whole room. I would say it was about 77 degrees, cool enough without blankets but not ideal. Housekeeping has room for improvement, as the corners under the vanity had a collection of dirt and dust that didn't just happen overnight. The carpeting needs replaced, it feels almost 'sticky'.

Pros:This hotel was excellent for the price we paid. The room was very roomy and clean. The hotel is small but has a nice pool and deck/bar area in front of a lake. Plenty of nice restaurants close by, driving distance from the beach. Recommend it for the value and quality

Cons:Because we didn't book direct and paid less they put us in a room close to the highway, with all that noise which was made worse be a use the ac unit did not get cold. As a result we had to sleep with the sliding door open. The beds are not queen but full size. There are little ants everwhere. The carpet is buckled and a tripping hazard. We were there 4 nights but they only cleaned twice. Once without even vacuuming. When I complained they told me below market fairs don't get the nicer rooms and I should book directly next time!

Pros:Pretty appearance,close to restaurants. Parking convenient.
Cons:Really dirty carpets in our room- our socks were black in short order. You have to pay for the continental breakfast, and worse yet, you have to pay for a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar. Very poor business type office with old equipment and operating systems. There was even a charge for using the business center that I avoided because I could not get my work done. Extremely poor wifi signal everywhere. I had to use my phone hotspot the whole time. Staff shrugged this off as an "xfinity problem", offering no other solution.

Pros:Everything was very Clean, the staff is really nice and the hotel in general is really confortable and pretty.
Cons:the breakfast was a little poor maybe if they add scrambled eggs and some pancakes will be better and the restaurant although the food is really good they don't have much variety.

Pros:The location was very convenient.
Cons:When we checked in, no assisted us with our luggage. One of the days when we returned to our room the door was open and no one was in the room, Housekeeping had cleaned and refreshed and had not shut and locked the door behind them.
