Pros:Flight was relatively on time. Bags didnt get lost. The construction at YYC makes boarding a challenge.
Cons:Delays in aircraft communication. Overly loud loudspeakers in plane. Cramped economy class.

Cons:Houston shut down with rain Austin over limit so they fly to San Antonio. Wonderful!! They tell me I can't get off the plane because there is no room to park the plane! Finally they let me and one other person off the plane ( we were the only two going to SA. ) We got into a pickup truck they took us to the terminal, Sorry sir you'll have to come and get you bags when the original plane come from Houston. Ok I'm home. They call me at 2'oclock in the morning to let know my bags had arrived, but it was ok to pick them up in the morning! I went and got my bags today and it's still raining in Texas' I am now using KAYAK to drive about town! Not your fault Not United fault, it's God and I'm not blaming him!

Pros:Flight itself was fine although time was changed from original reservation and I don't think I received notification. Did not pay for special food or entertainment.
