Cons:Having to get another boarding pass from Copenhagen to Newark.This wasted one half hour between flights . usually two boarding passes should have been issued in Amsterdam . Also not being able to reserve a seat.

Cons:The flight was canceled and I was rebooked with 2 stop overs. There was no airport support or telephone support due to the early hour and I had to buy new flights in order to reach NY. Never again SAS!

Cons:Flight cancelled and airline didn't intend to help book another leaving us stranded in Spain when we were headed to Portugal!! Eventually they offered to fly us to another city in Spain then take a bus to our original destination. We took it because we just wanted to get out of that airport. The airline was completely unapologetic and not helpful at all. Next time we will only fly direct on a different airline!
