Location is good, close to oura and in the middle of the city. If you are going to be walking in the city, it’s a good location as you are close to many restaurants and bars. Beach is also about 10min walking. Apartments are a bit old, but spacious. Hotel has a private parking area for cars which is really good.
You can hear the noise of the cars in the street and other people talking in the corridors of the hotel. So if you are like me and need quiet to be able to sleep well, this might not be the best choice.
