I liked the view from my balcony to the beach

Staff were very rude there was one staff that was on a night shift he was so so helpful and nice he was the only person out of the lot of them that give good advice and very helpful one of the bar staff was lovely all ways friendly the others mixed up my drinks never listen to me one of the kitchen waiters made a show of me and my husband because we were there for 915 food stops at 930 we were so upset everyone seen it so I did not go back to eat for the last 4 days even tho I payed money for it ..went all-inclusive the food was really bad the room 2 single beds put like a double bed the aircom was dirty smelled the room out the pool you can never get a sunbed at it the staff make jokes out of people in Spanish the cleaners just walk right in to the room even tho u have the do not disturb sign up on the door all u hear at 630 every morning beds getting thrown around rooms on till about 9 o'clock day put me staying be side a storage room every day and night and druning the night and morning you would hear staff talking slamming things banging off the wall just thrown things in to it not caring of who's a sleep in the next room I can keep going on and on it's far from a 3 star more like 1 star never will I go again dirty kip
