Value for money, but do expect some flaws
Appearance looks higher end and being furbished and maintained by people with and eye for detail. Beds are excellent and if you're at one of the higher floors you have an excellent view over Easter Berlin and it's DDR-architecture. Public transport connections are great both day and night. Shower and bathtub tab was broken. They fixed it super fast.
WiFi on the 8th floor was absolutely horrible. The €5 I payed for it were refunded after I complained about it. Bathroom smelled a little funny. One of the drains gave a sewer smell. Breakfast was not included.

Location removed from main centers within Berlin. No easy access to cafes/restaurants within the area leaving you no choice than to eat at their restaurant or catch a tram into other parts of Berlin,

Location
When I arrived they informed that the internet connection was down and they were working on it and were hoping to get it fixed that evening. Yeah right.... the next evening I could finally use it and it was extremely unreliable, which remained so untill the end of my stay. They squarely blaimed their ISP. Actually I don't care who'se fault it is. It is sheer incompetence to not be able to properly fix such a problem for 5 days. Furthermore the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable with pillows that don't even deserve that name. Additionally the breakfast room in the part of the hotel I stayed is a barren sports canteen like room, with the buffet ouside in the hallway.
