I found the bed comfortable enough and slept well, helped also by curtains that did a good job of keep the outside light outside. Excellent size of both the bed/living room and the bathroom. Location conveniently accessed via public transport from airport and likewise easy to travel further from.

My checkin and food experience was terrible. Despite booking the room online and being a member of the "loyalty" program Discovery, I was required to hand-write my details on a form at checkin. What sort of poor service is that? How is that showing any indication of loyalty form the hotel's side? Breakfast was likewise ordinary. I put the breakfast card out on the door before going to bed, but no-one thought to actually collect it, so my intended breakfast time came and went without any food. Fortunately someone happened to wander past shortly before I intended to give up and just spend my breakfast money elsewhere. It might have been better to do so. While the muesli was passable, the "cappuccino" tasted like some insipid mix between instant coffee and dishwater. On both counts, not planning on returning.
