    Weekend break

    Clean and comfortable room. Very helpful staff, the reception staff offered to lend us an umbrella for the day when it was raining, and they gladly let us leave our large bags at the hotel for the day after we'd checked out.

    The spa facilities were lovely.Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

    parking is expensive if you can't get in the hotel car park and you will get a parking ticket if you leave your car outside the hotel.

    the hotel was good, 10 - 15 mins walk to a shopping mall. nice breakfast as well. We were upgraded to a superior room. :)

    a bit far from main attractions, but Berlin is very spread out so you will need to take a train to main attractions, cant really walk it

    Very friendly and service minded staff. No problem in staying at this hotel with a little child - high chairs etc., and staff kept smiling, even though leaving a mess after breakfast, thanks ;-) Great food from the hotel restaurant - comfortable with room service.
