The second we entered the room we reached for the A.C. Remote. It had tiny bugs crawling all over it. They were all over the entire room. I ended up with filthy feet after walking around bare foot. The floor wasn’t cleaned beforehand. The lack of cleanliness was disguised by over powering deodorisers that made us feel ill. We had the tiniest room with a double bed & 1 single in it. 1 teaspoon, 2 cups & 1 cup in the bathroom. No toaster or amenities for making any food. We did not expect this at all. We will never return. Sorry.
