Checked in at 11pm they were friendly and professional.
The negative was that room service closed down at 11 pm. For a major hotel chain located at a major airport, I would have hoped they would have offered later room service. We got a Grub Hub delivery...not the end of the world but a bit of an inconvenience at that hour.

Location is perfect for early morning flight or late night flight arrival. It is not located close to city center. It takes about 30 mins or more for city center. However, there is shuttle from hotel to train station. Room was clean and big enough.
When I came back to hotel after going around city, I had to wait about 20-30 mins for the shuttle. They did not come, so I took a airport bus to terminal and walked to the hotel.
