Location is perfect. Easy access to the most touristic places. The breakfast was really good. The waitress was really kind and attentive.
I just think the staff need more training at reception. He is not happy, and the manager should, carefully, find out why.

It had a nice workable room heater, all the floors in the facility are carpeted giving rooms a warmer feel and reducing sound in public areas. Having private BA was great. Chamber staff were very efficient.
Some of the front desk staff never acknowledged that you passed by them, coming and going. Also not very helpful about the area. Some may have been a language problem. Breakfast was extra.. every guest house I've been in has had the same buffet included.
