Smell of cigarettes in the room for non smokers, no vegetables at the breakfast, thin walls - each noise heard from the neighbours, no drinking water for guests in the room, far from city center

Very responsive and helpful staff with English language knowledge. Spacious room.
The room was untidy and had a strong cigarette odor inside. There were plenty of cigarette butts on a windowsill. Breakfast hours could be longer (from 06:30 till 08:30).
