    Location and great room facilities - washing machine and tumble dryer came in very handy! Loved the balcony too and the comfy couch!

    The unclear air con (tricky to work out) and the noise during the early hours of the morning.

    Location was ideal Roma St station opposite, Pub with excellant meals almost next door. Car parkingavailable and walkway to Cultural Centre 1 block away.Staff were very accommodating esp.Max & Erin

    Unable to secure refurbished room.Outlook poor and very noisy as we could'nt get the aircon to work effectively we needed to open doors & windows

    Close to where I needed to be and very little else available, price was not a factor

    The shower was poor, the soap and its holder kept falling off, water was set on very hot, could scald someone and could save power by being turned down a touch.
