hotel was better than expected.Room was ready when we arrived early in the morning,central to most attractionsetc,staff polite and friendly.

it was close to the casino and mall in the CBD
we had to pay a security deposit upon arrival which we didnt know about and didnt have. the hotel worked out something for us though so we could stay. it would have been nice to have been made aware of this either by the ibis diectly or through your company.

The location of the hotel was good for city shopping, and the Staff were friendly and obliging in regards our baggage, and assistance with Taxi's
We chose to stay in a Smoking Room, however, never realised that this meant you could actually smoke in the room, we found the smell to be offensive (even to us as smokers). We assumed that Smokers Room, meant you had access to a balcony outside the floor to smoke. So if you can handle the strong smell of smoke you will be happy in this type of room.
