Everything! The staff was really friendly and ready to help us any time we needed something. The hotel is located only 3min from the Markt square and about 5min from the Burg square! Also our room was sparkling clean and the bed was really big and comfortable.

Right in the heart of Brugge, oldest hotel in the city, however insides totally refurbished in April 2019. Beautifully appointed, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. All the amenities we needed were there. Would go again in a heartbeat.
