The Pand Hotel

It was charming - the bar/lounge, the breakfast room and terrace were all just lovely. The room was small but well set up and comfortable. But above all - the amazing staff made our stay very specia.

the staff could not do enough for you. They went more than the extra mile. breakfast great and service excellent lthe pot of tea highly recemmened- get egg nog, bisciuts and chocs at a very reasonable price. Our friends are planning to go to Bruges and we have recommended the Pand. Also recommeded room 108.

A very warm welcome . Other hotels give you your key and tell what floor you are on. We were shown two beautiful junior suites and given choice !! Needless to say ….Very helpful staff. Every tourist attraction seemed to be within a 5 minute walk. Boat tours were a few meters away, City tour was a couple of minutes walk away. Didn't try the hotel breakfast but sounded great. Felt safe and sound in this room and had a very nice bed to relax in at the end of the day..

There was Absolutely nothing to complain about. Loved every minute of the stay, we wanted to stay longer. Will have to wait till the next trip to sample the champagne breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a great location near to the main old city centre, but very quiet. Very clean. The staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. There is a nice little bar that we sat in to relax at the end of the day.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Very disappointing. The only negative thing I could say about the hotel though.
