Receptionist at check in counter had trouble tracing our booking despite furnishing booking.com ref. Apparently your ref is not in their system at the front desk. After more than 30 mins and consultation with their reservation department, they located our booking with all our names indicated incorrectly. According to them, booking.com has used our middle names as our surnames. For your info, we also experienced the same problem at Kempinski Hotel in Portoroze booked through you. Hardly enough space for 2 in the toilet at Marriott.

Great location
Went to check in at 2pm. Was told we would need to wait until 4. Ended up getting room at 6:30pm..... I know they were busy, but that seems a little unreasonable when we paid for an executive room.

Location good. Breakfast good but very pricey. WiFi excellent.
Price of Breakfast. Excessive delays in obtaining rooms. Room make up still not done at 15:15 hrs., and then only after chasing up reception. No Bathrobes provided until specific request being made. Shower only bathroom, some people prefer a bath! Hotel make-over since last visit - now somewhat minimalist, paucity of drawer space, open hanging space, etc.
