The big comfortable bed and clean hotel room was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful too, would definitely recommend people to stay here ! The pianist in the lobby was lovely to hear when we was checking in too. The metro is a 2 minute walk away which was very handy.

The smell in the lobby was like heaven, Mostly everything was really nice, would be nice to have roof top bar though.
The room was a little warm like the heat of 100,000 burning candles or two suns and the air con didn't seem to work. (Was a little to noisy at night time to have the window open)

Very good value for money. Excellent location and amazing staff. Massage was also very good. Breakfast was ok.
The spa is really tiny. Don't bother going during peak times. It's impossible to enjoy and gets disgustingly noisy and crowded. It's only worth trying off peak.
